Provide one-stop administrative services for settled enterprises by adopting the modal of " Led by Government, Operated by Enterprise" in accordance with market regulations.The services include but not limited to registration, declaration, water&power&gas supply, HR recruitment & training, upstream and downstream integration, market platform promotion and other related services, so that the enterprises can focus on their research, production， and sales with low investment and operation costs, maximizing benefits. EAIP upholds the concept of “services in place base, growing up with enterprises”, aiming to set up an operation model for the industrial parks in the west of China.
